SSC CHSL Eligibility 2020

The basic criteria that candidates need to meet in order to fulfill SSC CHSL eligibility 2020 are:

  • A candidate must be either/or a citizen of India, subject of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugee, person of Indian origin
  • A candidate must be aged between 18 and 27 years as on January 1, 2020
  • A candidate should clear class XII or equivalent from a recognised board or university
  • A candidate appearing for his/her final class XII exams are also eligible to apply

03-Dec-2019 to 10-Jan-2020 (till 11:59 PM)

SSC CHSL 2019-20 application process had commenced on December 3 and concluded on January 10 at 11:59 PM.

Last date for online fee payment

12-Jan-2020 (till 11:59 PM)

Candidates could make the SSC CHSL application fee payment in online mode till January 12 (11:59 PM). 

Last date for generation of offline challan

14-Jan-2020 (till 11:59 PM)

Candidates can generate offline challan for application fee payment till January 14 (11:59 PM).

Last date for application fee payment through challan

16-Jan-2020

Candidates could make the application fee payment in offline mode through challan till January 16.

Tier-I admit card

First week of October 2020

The revised SSC CHSL tier-I 2020 admit card for various remaining shifts of the exam will be tentatively released in the first week of October.

SSC CHSL tier-I 2020 exam dates have been revised again for candidates who were not able to take the exam due to Coronavirus. The SSC CHSL exam will be conducted on different dates in October.

Tier-II exam

28-Jun-2020 Postponed

SSC CHSL tier-II 2020 exam was earlier scheduled to be conducted on June 28. Currently, the revised date for the exam is yet to be out.

SSC CHSL tier-I question paper is divided into four parts (mentioned in the table below) containing total 100 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). Candidates need to complete the paper in a duration of one hour.
