MAH HM CET

Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra conducts MAH HM CET in order to provide admission to candidates in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) programs offered at bachelor's and master's levels.

MAH HM CET is the means through which admission is offered to candidates in all colleges/ universities offering BHMCT and MHMCT programs which are approved and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to any of the non-agricultural university in Maharashtra State.

Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test (MAH HM CET) is an online entrance exam conducted at different cities across India. All candidates who are Indian nationals are eligible to apply for MAH HM CET 2020 exam.

MAH HM CET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can go through the detailed eligibility criteria for MAH HM CET exam below.

MAH HM CET Eligibility Criteria for BHMCT

All candidates fulfilling the below-mentioned parameters meet MAH HM CET 2020 eligibility criteria for UG course admissions:

  • Candidates should be Indian nationals.
  • Candidates should pass Class XII from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% marks for backward class and PwD candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only).
  • Candidates appearing for their Class XII exams are also eligible to apply.

Note: The official website informs, "Aggregate marks mean the grand total of marks obtained by the candidate in subjects on which the class declaration is made in the particular Board from which the candidate is passing the qualifying examination".

MAH HM CET Eligibility Criteria for MHMCT

All candidates fulfilling the below-mentioned parameters meet MAH HM CET 2020 eligibility criteria for PG course admissions:

  • Candidates should be Indian nationals.
  • Candidates should have cleared their Graduation with passing marks.
