IBPS PO 2020 notification is available now. In the notification, candidates will find details such as exam dates, vacancies, eligibility criteria, exam pattern, calculation of score, details regarding the cutoff marks, details regarding the category-wise reservation, number of participating banks, etc. 

IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria 2020

Nationality/Citizenship: Any candidate who is a citizen of India or subject of Nepal/ Bhutan is eligible to appear for IBPS CWE PO 2020 exam. Also, candidates who are Tibetan Refugees and came to India before January 1, 1962, fulfill IBPS PO eligibility criteria. Apart from this, people of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan/ Burma/ Sri Lanka/ Kenya/ Uganda/ the United Republic of Tanzania/ Zambia/ Malawi/ Zaire/ Ethiopia/ Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling down in India are also eligible to apply for the exam.

 

Age: Candidates must be between 20 to 30 years. Age relaxation of five, three and ten years is given to SC/ ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), and PwD candidates, respectively.

 

Educational Qualification: Any graduate candidates can apply for IBPS PO exam.

IBPS PO Salary 

The salary of the PO is more or less the same in the majority of public sector banks. The latest revision of Bank PO's salary took place in Nov 2012, the final agreement was signed in May 2015. The revised IBPS PO salary came into effect from January 1, 2016. Thus, the revised pay scale is 23,700 - (980 x 7) - 30,560 - (1145 x 2) - 32,850 - (1310 x 7)-42,020. The revised basic pay of Bank PO is Rs 23,700.

IBPS SO Eligibility Criteria 2020 

 

Nationality/Citizenship: According to IBPS SO Notification, an aspirant must be holding Indian citizenship or be a subject of Nepal/ Bhutan. Apart from that, candidates who are Tibetan Refugees and came to India before January 1, 1962, are also eligible. Besides, those who are Indian by origin and migrated from Pakistan/ Burma/ Sri Lanka/ Kenya/ Uganda/ the United Republic of Tanzania/ Zambia/ Malawi/ Zaire/ Ethiopia/ Vietnam to India forever can also appear for the exam.

All those candidates who will meet sectional cutoffs in the mains exam will be called for the personal interview. The final merit list will be based on marks obtained in mains and the personal interview.

State Bank of India (SBI) every year conducts SBI PO exam to select eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officer. A large number of candidates apply for the exam, out of which only a few are selected depending on the number of vacancies. SBI PO is considered as the most sought after banking exams in the country. Successful candidates are posted as Probationary Officers in the various branches of the bank. 

 

Educational qualification:

According to the SBI PO Eligibility Criteria 2020, candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline can apply. Candidates who are appearing for their final year/ semester exams are also eligible to apply. However, if shortlisted for the interview round, such candidates are required to provide the proof of having passed the graduation.

Candidates having a Chartered Accountant (CA) certificate are also eligible to apply.

SBI PO Salary 2020:

Basic Pay - The starting basic pay is Rs 27,620 (with four advance increments).  

Pay Scale - Rs 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 applicable to Junior Management.

Allowances - DA, HRA/Lease rental, CCA, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules.

Compensation - The total compensation per annum on CTC basis is minimum Rs 8.20 lakhs and the maximum is Rs 13.08 lakhs depending on the place of posting and other factors.
